Tommy and Pat Solomons from South Africa spent a week with us in November 2012. Tommy preached on Sunday at both services and the couple  shared about their church in Elsies River, Cape Town, where we have had a link for almost 20 years.

Pastor Tommy Solomons from Cape Town spent a week in Bath running a course of Bible Studies entitled "Evangelism Today - Learning lessons from South Africa."  At the same time Alan Bain was in Cape Town at Tommy's church leading a series of talks on 'Crossing Borders' from Exodus.  Reflections of the visits can be read on the Diocesan newsletter

We welcome Jerome, Shenick and Chantal from Elsies River, Cape Town, on Sunday 20th October to our 10.30am morning service. Jerome leads the Pinnacle Outreach to drug addicts in the notorious Elsies River, so called, "coloured" township. Look forward to a colourful and energetic talk on the challenges of the post-aparthied South Africa!
