Room Hire

More details on how to book are below.  Our prices are inclusive of tables, chairs, drink-making facilities and toilets.

 

Charges are for the time of your event.  Setting up and clearing up time is free (up to maximum of 15 minutes for each hour hired).  Discounts are available for regular bookings.  Off-peak rates apply weekdays between 8am-6pm.

We have several rooms available to hire for a whole range of activities.

How to Book

If you would like to book a space, please fill in a booking enquiry form by clicking on the 'make booking enquiry' button above.  You can also book through our church office by visiting us or calling 01225 835228.

 

If we are able to accommodate your booking, we can book you in once you have completed a booking form and paid a non-refundable deposit. If you would like to book on a regular basis then discount rates are available – contact the church office

Institute

A medium sized room including kitchen area with adjoining disabled toilet and direct access from main road.

Hire rate: £32.00 (first hour) [£25.00 off peak] + £11.00 (for subsequent hours)

Equipment: 12 Tables (2ft x 2½ft), 30 Chairs (more can be supplied on request)

Facilities: worktop & sink, hot water boiler, microwave, 30 cups, saucers, plates, cutlery.  Accessible toilet with baby changing unit.

Dimensions: 11.5m x 5.5m (3m high)

Manna House

A separate building with a medium sized room and smaller room with kitchen area and adjoins church garden.

Hire rate: £36.00 (first hour) [£29.00 off peak] + £15.00 (for subsequent hours)

Equipment: 3 Tables (6ft x 2½ft), 25 Chairs (more can be supplied on request)

Facilities: Hot water boiler, small cooker, microwave, toaster, 30 cups, saucers, plates, cutlery. Two toilets (one accessible) and shower rooms.

Dimensions: main room – 8.2m x 6.2m (2.5m high), small room – 6.5m x 4.0m (2.5m high)

Main Hall

Our main hall can be hired as a large space or subdivided for smaller groups - see West Hall or Middle Hall below. It includes use of a joining kitchen for serving refreshments and access to male and female toilets.

Hire rate whole hall: £57.50 (first hour) [£41.50 off peak] + £27.50 (for subsequent hours)
Equipment: 10 Tables (6ft x 2 1/2ft), 50 Chairs

Facilities: Hot water boiler, microwave, 50 cups, saucers, plates, cutlery (more equipment can be supplied for an extra charge). Male & female toilets (accessible toilet available with key)

Dimensions: 20m x 11m/12.3m (6m high)
 

West Hall or Middle Hall

Our main hall can be subdivided by screens into the West Hall and Middle Hall for smaller groups. It includes use of a joining kitchen for serving refreshments and access to male and female toilets.

 

Hire rate: £49.00 (first hour) [£33.00 off peak] + £19.00 (for subsequent hours)

Equipment: 10 Tables (6ft x 2 1/2ft), 50 Chairs

Facilities: Hot water boiler, microwave, 50 cups, saucers, plates, cutlery (more equipment can be supplied for an extra charge). Male & female toilets (accessible toilet available with key)

Dimensions: 
Middle Hall – 11.1m x 12.3m (max) (6m high),
West Hall – 8.9m x 11m (6m high)
